In period from March 19 \u2013 May 8, 2016 <\/strong>a group exhibition <\/strong>(re)thinking Space&Place, <\/em>is\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>presenting 19 Croatian artists and\u00a0<\/strong>is being held at <\/strong>the gallery space of Flottmann-Hallen in Herne, Germany. The curatorial concept was realized in collaboration with three prominent Croatian curators, who have worked on the concept through various artistic media; Branka Ben\u010di\u0107 through visual arts, Marijana Paula Feren\u010di\u0107 through painting and Klaudio \u0160tefan\u010di\u0107 through sculpture.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The exhibition presents the following artists: Grgur Akrap<\/strong>, Barbara Blasin<\/strong>, Matija Debeljuh<\/strong>, Sebastijan Dra\u010di\u0107<\/strong>, Ivan Fijoli\u0107<\/strong>, Fokus Grupa (<\/strong>Iva Kova\u010d<\/strong>, Elvis Krstulovi\u0107)<\/strong>, Ana Hu\u0161man<\/strong>, Ivona Juri\u0107<\/strong>, Kristian Ko\u017eul<\/strong>, Nina Kurtela<\/strong>, Tihomir Matijevi\u0107<\/strong>, Luiza Margan<\/strong>, Mia Orsag<\/strong>, Ivan Prerad<\/strong>, Patricija Purgar<\/strong>, Igor Ruf<\/strong>, Goran \u0160kofi\u0107<\/strong>, Marko Tadi\u0107<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Opening of the exhibition was held on March 19 and was attended by the Consul General for Germany, D\u00fcsseldorf Mr. Zvonko Ple\u0107a\u0161<\/strong>, Croatian curators Klaudio \u0160tefan\u010di\u0107<\/strong> and Branka Ben\u010di\u0107<\/strong>, Croatian artists Kristian Ko\u017eul<\/strong> and Luiza Margan<\/strong>, president of HDLU PhD Josip Zanki<\/strong>, director of Flottmann-Hallen Gallery Mrs. Jutta Laurinat<\/strong> and chairmain of WKB Ekkehard Neumann<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The exhibition is the result of an international cooperation<\/strong> between the Croatian Association of the Fine Artists (HDLU<\/strong>) and the Westdeutscher Kunstlerbund (WKB)<\/strong>, of which the previous was the exhibition of WKB in 2014. in the PM gallery at Croatian Association of the Fine Artists.<\/p>\n
