All the fields in the application form which are marked with * are mandatory. Application, which is not fully completed or does not contain the required documents, will not be considered.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS TO THE APPLICATION:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>required examples of the artworks \/ exhibition \/ project<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>images\/sketches of the work in JPG format up to 700kb per image<\/li>\n<li>digital Video in DVD PAL or mp4 format (if applicable)<\/li>\n<li>sound works in mp3 format (if applicable) etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>provide materials as much as possible for better insight into the project<\/em><\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong>CV (please download CV-FORM<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hdlu.hr\/eng\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/0-CV-FORM.doc\"><strong>HERE<\/strong>, <\/a>fill it out and upload it to the on-line application plan<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>on the gallery blue print (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong>for international projects and collaborations<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li>list of countries and institutions engaged with the project<\/li>\n<li>confirmation letter from the international
