Promoting young curators and artists

Ten European cities are the subject and location for the curator and artist project „take me along / nimm mich mit“: Munich, Genoa, Marseille, Kosice, Graz, Zagreb, Prague, Rotterdam, Sarajevo and Breslau.

Young and upcoming curators from these cities are called to select a local artist and submit a project idea together.

The selected artist and curator pair will be given a motorhome to artistically transform.

They will be travelling to all ten cities in convoy together with 9 more motorhomes within the span of two years (2014- 2015). Taking inspiration from each city and its people, they will create temporary artworks, specific to the location and space, inside and out of the motorhome. In each city, the group will set up an artists village with their motorhomes, which together will constitute a travelling collective artwork.

The official call for artists follows January/February 2013.
